EMDR Consultation for Therapists
Are you trained in EMDR and want to build your confidence?
EMDR Basic Training provides a wealth of information, but once you begin applying EMDR with clients, it is common to have questions about the process and whether you are implementing it effectively. You are not alone. Many clinicians benefit from additional support, consultation, and guidance as they build confidence in integrating EMDR into their clinical work.
EMDR Consultation for Therapists Working with Kids & Teens
Working with kids and teens requires flexibility, creativity, and strong attunement. In consultation, we focus on:
Adapting the 8-Phase protocol for developmental levels
Case conceptualization for complex trauma
Integrating attachment-informed interventions
Play-based and creative EMDR strategies
Working with parents and family systems
Managing dissociation and dysregulation
Strengthening fidelity while honoring your authentic therapeutic style
My goal is to help you feel grounded, confident, and skilled in delivering EMDR in a way that is both structured and relational.
